Jon looked himself over more carefully and discovered what was different. It seemed that Zoe had still used the Snatcher on him, but just hadn't used it to take his height. Instead, she had used it to lessen his skin tone. Now he was so white that he looked like an albino. He was even whiter than Zoe was, back when she was a Goth.
Feeling frustrated, Jon clutched the stone again. "I wish I wasn't white."
