After Jon finished off his Coke, he felt like he really needed to use the bathroom. He ordered Mikey to stay in his room until he returned, and that's exactly what his little brother did.
As Zoe continued to clean Jon's room, smiling all the way (but not smiling on the inside), she turned to her little brother and said "Mikey, you've got to help me."
"I don't know how," he said.
"Just fucking think of something," she nearly yelled. "I ... I can't go on like this." Then she actually began to cry, which looked weird considering she was also smiling, per Jon's orders.
Mikey's attention drifted away from his sister and focused on Jon's nightstand. He walked over to it and opened the top drawer. He saw Jon put something in there before leaving the room. And he had a pretty good idea what it was.
He reached into the drawer and pulled out a small stone. Mikey saw his brother use it on Zoe just a few minutes ago (unknown to Jon). He didn't know how it was possible, but this little stone was able to grant wishes. Maybe it could grant Mikey's wishes.
He smiled. "I wish ..."
