He took a deep breath, and started to speak.
"First of all, whenever I say the word, 'Bunny' any female in close proximity with me will start to become aroused more and more each time I say their first name. After saying a females name three times her arousal will draw her towards me and she will first justify the arousal with my scent, as the arousal rises further they will continue to justify the arousal because of my voice, body, and my touch. Once a female starts to become aroused by my touch she will start to become attracted to me. The arousal will continue until the female has an orgasm while thinking of me, or has one with my assistance. The orgasm will be more pleasurable than any before it, even more so if I am assisting. "
Jon crossed off the first thing on his list and looked at the second, "Now everyone that can hear me, I am going to tell you about a new position that is going to make many of you very excited, and some of you very worried. The title is called Student of the Year."
He couldn't stop his smile now. "The Student of the Year is a new idea of both Principal Davison and Principal Casey that is very exciting to faculty, students, and the families of the students. The title is given to a deserving student that is a natural leader, a good student, and someone that attracts people to them. This student is picked by Principal Davison and Casey and no one will question how the selection process occurs for this position. Once the decision is announced, it will be accepted as fair and accurate."
Jon paused and looked over the next bit on his paper. He read over the next few points again in his head before he spoke. "The title of Student of the Year also comes with special privileges. First, they become the voice of the students. The student of the year will meet every other day for lunch or dinner with the Principal to discuss plans, requests, or concerns and are respected by the faculty and students."
He grinned as he thought about Biff and others before he spoke the next part. "Second, there is a mandate against teasing, pranks, or bullying the student of the year. Anyone known to have teased, pranked, or bullied the student of the year is subject to disciplinary action determined by the principal, this can include criminal charges, or worse, all decisions will be made under the advice of the student of the year."
"Third, the student of the year can sponsor one of the school's sports teams, becoming an assistant coach for them. The team will treat the student of the year just like they do their coach, following direction and correction. The student of the year will have access to all facilities, practices, and games that the team has. As a benefit, all teammates on that team will have the option to receive an automatic A on any assignments or tests that occur in a week where they are scheduled for a game as long as the student of the year confirms that the team has met his standards as a coach." He chuckled as he imagined all of the cheerleaders and jocks as they tried to sway him for the sponsorship.
His next point again brought his mind back to revenge. Some faces flashed as he considered who he'd want to ultimately chose. "Fourth, the student of the year will select a student that will take on the role of their personal secretary. This secretary will be responsible for keeping the student of the year's schedule, screening all calls and requests for meetings, and handling any other needs that the student of the year may have. The secretary receives the same benefits in the form of freedom from all classes and has protected status in regards to pranks, insults, and bullying, but must also move into the home of the student of the year to ensure they are always available. The student selected for this role will be graded by the student of the year based on their performance."
"Finally, the student of the year may choose to form a special after school program with students that they select to join. Any students that agree join the club will gain special dispensation to miss classes, assignments, or tests without any negative impact on their grades when determined by the student of the year. The club will have full access to all of the school's facilities and will receive funding from the school. All students interested, must have parental consent and be interviewed by the student of the year with their parents." He almost laughed as he looked at the paper and saw the list of ideas he'd started to have for the last suggestion, Slutty Girl Scouts, Sexy Debate Team.
He was about to shut off the alarm but stopped. "Oh one final note, if a student repeatedly insulted, pranked or bullied the student of the year they will know that they should be concerned about possible disciplinary action. Every student that realizes they did something wrong to the student of the year will imagine the worst possible thing that the principal could do to them. And with the exception of Biff Meadows will feel compelled to apologize. Biff will refuse to apologize no matter who tries to talk him into apologizing, and will only go near the principal's office when he is called for by the principal."
Jon leaned over and whispered the same message to Deborah and Simon so that it wasn't broadcast. "You've both agreed that I should be the Student of the Year." With that he shut his watch alarm off and smiled. Both of the principals shook their heads a moment and blinked, Jon couldn't see the rest of the school but he imagined awareness came to them just as slowly.
Simon coughed and repeated the last line he had spoken before the alarms interruption, "I think that Principal Casey has some things she would like to say, and then we have an exciting announcement about the selection of Student of the Year!" Jon blinked as he could actually hear the cheers from the classrooms all over the school while in the office.
Deborah smiled to Simon and looked to Jon and nodded to him, "Well hello everyone I want you all to know how happy I am to be here to take over for Principal Davison. I know many of you already, but I look forward to getting to know all of you much better. If you have any concerns at all I promise that I will listen and provide at least an answer if not a resolution." Jon watched as she spoke, she seemed, warmer, he couldn't exactly place it but some of her ice cold logic seemed to have been replaced with empathetic charm.
"We are all very excited about the Student of the Year position. Especially me, since I will be working so closely with this person to make sure the school is run as best it can. Principal Davison, I'd like for both of us to say the student's name we selected on the count of three. I am happy to say that I've known this person for many years as they were a former student of mine, and I am very much looking forward to working with and spending more time with them." She looked right at Jon and again gave him a warm smile.
She and Simon both spoke the countdown, "This very first Student of the Year title is awarded to " Deborah held up one finger and mouthed the words 'One', 'Two', 'Three' on three both Simon and Deborah said in unison, "Jon Madison!"
Jon laughed and looked surprised. Simon reached out and shook his hand, and Deborah actually leaned in and hugged him.
"Alright students, the Student of the Year has been named. We're going to be talking with Jon now in Principal Casey's new office to discuss his next course of action and see if any disciplinary actions are needed. Faculty, if a student wishes to come and speak with us to discuss their behavior towards Jon please allow it." With that Simon reached down and shut off the recorder, and then hung up the phone another chime heard around the school informed all that the announcement was completed. Jon moved over to one of the plush chairs across from the couch and settled down.
