Long ago, I mentioned that I had something in mind for the sphinx saga branching off right when Jon and Karyn go to meet Agatha for the first time. I've written it out, but it's a cumbersome thing with a rather tedious set up, although it's not much more complex than your average anime plot.
I've been trying to streamline it, though.
