Karyn arrived back to her temporary home after making her wish about Jon she had gone downstairs to the kitchen to find out what the family were eating that night only to find a note from Jon's Mom that let her know that she was working late tonight and that the kids would have to make do with a takeaway but she would make it up to them tomorrow. "Mom working late again then." A voice from behind her said.

Karyn turned to see Zoe her temporary Goth sister standing there. "Mikey is staying the night at Robin's house again. I think he likes it there more than he does here. She went on to say. "Mom's left money for a pizza what do you want?" Karyn asked her "sister". "You have what want I will get something when I'm out. I'm meeting Athena in an hour. I be back before 12 if mom asks." With that Zoe turned and headed towards the front door of the Madison house. "OK" Karyn shouted after her but it was too late as Zoe had already closed the door behind her."A night on my own then I wonder if Jon has any good films to watch" Karyn said aloud.

Within half an hour Karyn had settled down in front of the TV to watch "I Married A Zombie" a film that her own mom wouldn't let her watch as she thought it was too violent a film. After the film Karyn sat finishing off her pizza while thinking about how much had changed for her since she made her wish on Wednesday afternoon. She had enjoyed the freedom of being able to walk around the school without seeing the looks of judgement from some of the other girls (Sarah's Gang Mostly). All said she had, had a good day or so. It was at that moment Jon's phone started to ring.
