They entered Karyn's house and found Karyn's mom sitting in the living room reading a magazine.
She looked up at Jon and smiled. "Hi, honey."
Karyn looked over at Jon. "See? I told you. Now let's go check out your room ... Karyn," she said, smirking at that last part.
Jon had been in Karyn's bedroom lots of times. But now he was going to be Karyn, for the next seven days, and her room was going to be his room.
"If I'm going to go through with this," Jon said. "Then I'm going to have to know where everything is at. You know, like underwear?"
Karyn threw Jon an irritated look, but then realized that he was right. For the next seven days, they would have to wear each other's clothes and that included underwear.
"Whoa," Jon said. "I guess you were right." Jon looked at himself in the bedroom mirror, but instead of seeing himself, he saw Karyn.
Karyn turned towards the same mirror and saw Jon's reflection instead of her own. But when she looked down at herself, she saw herself. And when she looked at Jon, she saw Jon. Apparently, to everyone else (and mirrors), they looked like each other.
"This is going to be interesting," Karyn said.
"That's one word for it," Jon said.
