Your tastes are, and as far as I can tell, have always been shared by a minority of the TF or even TG community, on the whole. But the quality of your work has always been what got me to read your posts. I know it's a bitch and a half when you feel like you're just writing for yourself, but I can promise that you were not. I strongly suspect that a lot of the folks with similar interests to yourself simply don't think of themselves as being ABLE to write. Not the way you do, at least.
Okay, so you're no Kafka. You're still a tough act to follow! I don't recall having ever added to one of your submissions, myself, but that is due almost entirely to my not having any good idea what to do next, or else not wanting to ruin a perfectly good line by letting my own tastes skew it into a different direction.
