At last he had an idea, now he had to get the wording just right. After some time going over what he would say he picked the stone up out of the box and said, "I wish that Sarah was a male to female transsexual and nobody at school knows about it but me and Karyn."
After he made the wish Jon realized that if nobody at school knew that Sarah was a transsexual but him and Karyn then that meant that Sarah didn't know either. But did that mean that she is totally male and hasn't yet realized that she wants to be a girl, or did it mean that she knew she was supposed to be a girl and didn't realize that she is actually a guy now?
Jon figured that there was only one way to find out without leaving the bathroom stall. "I wish I knew exactly how my last wish effected Sarah." In the blink of an eye the knowledge was his as if he had always known the answer.
