Jeff demurely followed his sister through the hall, approaching his parent's room.
Along the way, his mother stumbled out of his little brother Danny's room, unusually distraught, and wearing a tank top and a small yellow g-string. She was normally a very composed, measured woman, but her mannerisms were strangely erratic. She was idly indicating to a strange bump in her thong, and didn't seem to have any regard for her breasts spilling out of her shirt.
"Jolene! Jolene. Somethings wrong, something's different. I woke up in Danny's room, and now I have...."

Jolene went to comfort her, "Cmon buddy, everything is ok now. Is anything else different?"

She fidgeted slightly, pulling at the string that made up her underwear.
"Everything ok mom?"

Jeff tried to process the bizarre sight of his mother standing fully nude at attention, proudly displaying her breasts while a tiny penis stuck out between her legs. It was too much for him to handle. All he could do was reach forward and try to comfort her while trying to process everything. It was overwhelming, with both him and his mother being besides themselves, he could only hope Jolene could get them through this.
"And Jeff had something similar. We probably haven't seen him naked since he was a toddler, and now he's nude as the day he was born without a care in the world."
His mother could only stare at him, alarmed and confused.

Jeff was speechless. "But if you two switched, then that means that Danny-"
