"Mom it's me, your son Biff" Biff said. "You named me after your dad, my grandpa" Biff added pointing to the elder Biff.
They looked at Biff Sr. who seamed to be ill with a cold sweat. Elisabeth , the eldest of the Meadows children and a medical student, rushed over to him. After checking him for a minuet she shouted "Call 911, he's having a heart attack." Sandy called immediately.
"Buffy.. Um Biff" Biff Sr. Called "I believe you're who you say you are. My father used to claim my mom died in child birth even thou she was still alive. I always thought he was crazy, but now I see It's the watch. It does something, changes reality or maybe it let's... Let's us see when something changes. There has to be someone who remembers you, find them."
By then the paramedics had come and rushed him into an ambulance, Biff tried to follow but he was told family only. So angry and confused he walked to his car, which was gone replaced with a white CR-V. Biff walked to the bus stop, he figured if anyone recognized him the mall would be a good place to start looking.
At that moment Jon and Karyn where headed to that same mall to test the stone.
