It wasn't too long before Jon got home, quickly going to his room & grabbing the rock.
"I wish I had another swimsuit model calendar" he said. A flumph was made by the new calendar landing on his bed.
Flipping it open, Jon flicked through to September. On the page was the model, but as her normal female self she was earlier in the morning.
"Dammit" cursed Jon, "It didn't work... hey wait." he paused, looking at the stone in his hand.
"I'm so stupid" he chuckled.
Turning to face the calendar on the floor, he made a wish, "I wish that calendar didn't have a smudge on it"
Jon felt a twitch in his eye, seeing that the calendar was now clean, the model with his body clearly visible on the page.
"You can have it back" Jon repeated twice. His balance shifted, as he returned to his normal body, in his boxers.
Bending over, Jon picked up the calendar from the floor, inspecting the picture.
It was back to normal, except for one feature. Jon noticed the model's swimsuit had a bulge in the crotch.
Dropping the calendar and the stone, Jon forcefully tugged his boxers down. Leaving him with an unexpected sight.
There, between his legs, was the model's clean shaven vagina.
"crap..." mumbled Jon, "the wish to clean the calendar must've backfired in some way"
The wish had made the calendar clean in a way it thought most efficient, by making Jon's original genitals, the model's genitals.
