The walk from the Viridian City Outskirts to the Viridian City Gym was surprisingly brisk for the sisters, with no one really seeing either Jessie or Ash.
"Sis, do you think you call me Jessica from now on?" Jessica inquired, getting a nod in return. Mentally, Jessie let out a deep breath. She hadn't expected the twerp to come up with a name, but it helped.
They circle around to the side, finding a hatch. Jessie pulled it open, the pair finding a ladder. Jessie went down first, with Jessica following right behind.
"Here we are."
Inside, the Team Rocket base consisted of gray. Gray concrete for both the floors and walls, with strips of lighting to denote where people can walk.
"Kind of depressing." Jessica whispered, Jessie grabbing hold of her hand. She gave a nod, pulling her soon-to-be sister down the hall.
