Julia stood up from her chair, taking time to stretch. It was another beautiful day here in Twinleaf Town. While there was a chance that the weather could change, she liked to believe it would hold.
"I'm going to go check the mail, sis!" the twin announced, waiting just a moment for her sister to respond. Once Julia knew Johanna had, that was her cue to exit the house. Outside, Twinleaf Town looked to be in the similar state to when she had arrived here. While there were definitely some differences, she wasn't in the mood to really pick up on the differences. Instead, her gaze had found its way to the mailbox. Walking over, she opened it in a single motion. "Now, what do we have here?"
Reaching inside, Julia could feel her hand touch an envelope. Relatively thick, that was definitely what they had been waiting for. Not even wasting a moment, she pulled the mail out and rushed back to their home. Entering her sister's home once more, she began jumping up and down.
"It finally came in!" Julia announced and Johanna got up from her chair. Walking over, Julia watched a smile form on her face. So beautiful like this, it felt quite good.
"I'm happy to hear that, sis." Johanna answered and pulled her sister in for a hug. With that last piece of the puzzle in place. There was no doubt about it. Julia's future was now in her hands. And what a bright, beautiful future it was going to be.
"Thanks. Does that mean I can finally spread my wings?" Julia inquired and got a nod from her sister. This day was getting better and better...
