Thinking it over for just a moment, Carla nodded. She had nothing to lose at this point. If anything, there was much to be gained from sticking around Elizabeth.
"I would love that!" Carla announced, doing her best to maintain the old lady voice. Even if what she said accidentally came through far louder than she intended for it too in the first place. No matter, Elizabeth didn't mind.
Cracking a smile, she watched Elizabeth's expression change. A smile formed on her wrinkly face, enhanced by her makeup.
"Wonderful. I know just the place that we can start at." Elizabeth explained and grabbed hold of her 'date's' hand. Pulling her along, Carla had just a moment to get her footing. The last thing she needed right now was an injury right after she found someone to talk too.
