Exiting out into Littleroot Town proper, Carla took care to keep her steps small and ladylike. The changes to her body had mostly cast away the doubts that she wasn't somehow a grandma, she couldn't take that for granted. No, she needed to make sure that she actually believed this was her age.
"Where exactly are you taking me, May?" Carla announced and May let out a chuckle. For once, Annita was actually sounding like a proper elderly woman. If one squinted, they might even think that she was May's grandmother. She had her doubts before, but those had been thankfully misguided. Even with the major hurdles of her parents and maybe Max. But those were thoughts for another day.
Up ahead, a large glass building awaited. From the distance, the pair could make out a bunch of elderly woman doing something. Not that they could see what that activity.
"That's where I am taking you too. They have a knitting club that you'll simply adore." May explained and Carla perked up. She liked the sound of that. Even if she had zero experience knitting before this. But at the doors, she watched her granddaughter come to a stop. "Do have fun, Grandma."
Carla nodded and headed inside.
How does Carla do here?
