Thankfully, May made quick time to the plastic surgery place.
"Oh my." the coordinator announced as she entered Carla's room. Cracking a smile, May sat herself down right beside the mother-to-be. While she had a pretty good idea of the extent of the changes done to Carla, to see it all person was unlike anything else. "How are you feeling?"
Carla's gaze swiveled over. Doing her best to refrain from chuckling, the urge eventually came to her. While she got where the coordinator was coming from, that didn't change the fact that she should've easily known the answer to that question before even asking.
"Wonderful, dear." Carla answered and looked about the room. There had to be something here to show how much she had before leaving this place. Or at least, someone who could do a quick check up so that she and May could go on with their day... right?
Thankfully, the answer to that question took the form of a nurse. While not the same nurse from earlier, she would work here.
"Ms Carla, I trust you're all ready to go?" the nurse greeted and got a nod from the mother-to-be. Watching the nurse head over to the far side of the bed, she took the time to pick up a clipboard. Looking it over for a couple of seconds, her focus eventually returned to May and Carla. "You're free to go, Ms Carla. Your clothes are in a bag under the bag."
Carla nodded and carefully got up from the bed. Reaching down, she grabbed the bag with relative ease. Opening the bag up, she then looked about the room for a place to get changed. In this case, it meant going into the far corner of the room and pulling a curtain to preserve some amount of modesty here. Not that this would stop Carla from making quick work of the garments. The only real difference was now, everything was heck of a lot tighter than it used to be.
"What do you think, May?" Carla cooed and got a clap from the coordinator. Cracking a smile in return, she made sure to grab the bag. Don't want to leave that behind.
"Onwards to shopping then?" May answered and received a nod from Carla in return.
