The first session is as you said to plant an idea into someone's head and then Miss Fine will continue to manipulate that person through further sessions.
As it's probably clear the path of Jon and his mother is to swap lives with each other. I was thinking that the next session would be with Jon at home (which would give Miss Fine access to Mikey) and have Miss Fine suggest to Jon that he should try and take more care in his appearance I.e. grow his hair out
For Zoe there was a branch called dreaming Jon in which Jon enters Zoe's dreams and changes her to be a cheerleader. I was kind of planning on Zoe's changes to follow along the lines of that.
While Sarah will definitely quit the cheerleader squad I'm not exactly sure what I want to happen with Tiffany yet so Zoe could definitely end up taking Sarah's place in the squad.
As for Sarah I kind of pictured her being a tomboy similar to Karyn but maybe actually sharing similar interests to a boy (for example she will still consider herself a girl but will enjoy doing a lot of things that boys do (maybe even want to play football)) if that makes senses.
But either way I'm interest to see what you have planned for Karyn and Sarah.
