As it would turn out, scheduling Carol's face job had been surprisingly simple for Caroline. She was quite surprised that anyone would take her sister's idea.
The clinic was located in Mauville, a surprisingly quick trip for the pair.
"Ready for this, Sis?" Caroline inquired, getting a nod from Carol as the clinic came into view. "Good. Because I can't wait to see your new face."
Checking in, the sister got to reading magazines - mostly cosmetics, with one or two fashion magazines thrown in for good measure.
"Carol?" a voice announced, with the titular woman making her way over to the door. Heading on through, Caroline watches on.
"She'll be back soon enough." Caroline told herself, gaze returning to the magazine. The next hour was absolute torture.
