As it would turn out, getting a flight to Hoenn was pretty easy.
"Have fun, dear!" Delia announced, waving as her son made his way towards his gate. Ash waved back.
To some extent, he was nervous. What did Caroline have in mind for him? While he was fine with her being the one to provide any outfits, it was still kind of worrying in that regard.
But at the same time, part of him was excited for what's to come.
"I can do this." he thought. "Whatever she wants me to be, I will be that."
The flight past quite quickly for the trainer, touching down quite fast. Thankfully,
"There you are!" Caroline announced as she led Ash out of the airport and down the road to Littleroot Town.
