"She had a brain transplant!" Jon said, still astonished by all this. All this time, Sarah had been a man, and he had no idea.
"That's impossible. You can't have a brain transplant. That's just science fiction," Karyn said.
"Well, a few days ago you thought that magic was just fantasy. If a wishing stone exists, why not a brain transplant?"
"Well, I guess. But if a man's brain is inside Sarah's head, then where's Sarah's brain? And who is the man who's in control of Sarah?" Karyn asked.
