Jon still had to figure out what to do about Nessie. It certainly didn't belong in Chesapeake Park Lake. But could he just wish it back to Scotland? Wouldn't that be reversing his wish to bring it here?
But then Jon remembered the wording of his wish. He had wished for the creature to appear so that he could take a picture of it. Maybe if he took its picture, it would return to Loch Ness, back where it belonged.
Jon had dropped his camera back in his bedroom when the great beast was thrashing around, but he had the stone, so he could just wish up a new one. And that's exactly what he did.
The lake wasn't very big, so a great deal of Nessie was visible, much to the delight of a few onlookers. Jon held up his camera and snapped a shot. In the blink of an eye, the creature disappeared, causing the water to rush back into the vacant spot with a giant splash.
People who were watching were scratching their heads. The disappearance of the creature was even more mysterious than the appearance of it.
Relieved that he was able to send the creature back to Scotland, Jon turned around and headed back home.
