Jon wondered if anyone else was changed to a Goth, and only moments after he left Zoe's car, his curiosity was fulfilled. Although, really, he would have rather been left in the dark.
Standing just outside the mall entrance were a couple of Goth boys. One was lanky and pale-skinned, with long black hair, black eyeliner, black lipstick, piercings, a spiked collar around his neck, and wore a fishnet shirt underneath a black corset, a long black leather skirt and black buckled boots. The other boy was just as lanky and pale-skinned and wore just as much black make-up, but his clothes were far less extreme. His hair was formed into a spikes, he had a spiked collar around his neck, and he wore a black T-shirt over a nylon shirt, a pair of black leather pants, and black buckled boots. Both boys were smoking.
As they got closer, Jon realized who they were. They were Tim Brant and Pete Roberts! In the previous reality, Tim and Pete were friends of Karyn and Jon. But now they were friends of Karyn and Zoe and had apparently become Goths too.
Jon was stunned by how bizarre they had become. And he cursed himself, knowing that it was his wish that made all of this possible.
