From the next room, Jon heard a scream. He stood up and was about to see what was happening, but then stopped. If he crossed the circle The Devil was trying to make him leave, by doing something horrible to whoever was screaming. And all Jon could do was stand his ground and bare it, he couldn't do it.
"Standing back while others are in trouble is just as bad as causing the trouble"
Jon went to step out of the circle, Devil or not, but he couldn't, an invisible force was stopping him, it was then he noticed the crystals surrounding the salt circle. Jon was helpless and the devil knew this, the stone was the only way out and Lucifer knew this.
"I have no choice I have to use the Stone" Jon said in defeat.
