Once they got to the store, Jon excused himself to go to the restroom. But using the bathroom was not why he went there. Once inside, he locked himself into one of the two stalls and sat down, pulling out the stone. He couldn't take this anymore. On the way over to the store, he thought about the best wish to make to fix this. He figured something out, but he couldn't just wish it right in front of his mother.
"I wish the Boob Fairy hadn't made the mistake of giving me boobs last night." The stone flashed, granting his wish.
But it wasn't granted the way he wanted, because (to his shock) he became a girl!
Now the Boob Fairy hadn't made a mistake when giving Jon (now a girl) boobs. Because as a girl, he needed to have them.
