"Karyn is in Australia," Jon's grandfather said. "When she was wished away, it looks like she was transported to the furthest location from where she started."
Jon hung his head low. "I guess we're never getting her back then."
"What do you mean?" his grandfather asked.
"Well, the stone only has a range of a few miles, right?"
"Yes, that's right. But now that all three artifacts are together, any wish can be made. There are no limits. But only as long as the three artifacts are touching one another."
"So ... you can bring back Karyn?"
"Easily," his grandfather said, smiling.
Jon sighed with relief.
