As Jon and Karyn walked down the street, they discussed what they had just learned.
"I still can't believe it. My mom really is supposed to be normal."
"Isn't that what you wanted?" Karyn asked.
"Yeah, actually. But it's still weird. I've always remembered her being a witch. It's going to be hard for me to see her as anything else."
"I know what you mean." A few minutes of silence passed. "Do you think the stone is far enough away from the talisman yet?"
Jon looked down at the stone. "Maybe."
"Maybe we should try it. You know, to see if it works properly."
"Good idea." Jon made a harmless wish and then tried to reverse it. "Well, it looks like it's back to normal."
"So, what now?" Karyn asked.
