"Jon, wha..." Karyn gasped. "What happened?!"
"What are you talking about?" asked Jon, confused.
"What do you mean, what am I talking about?!" said Karyn. "Look at yourself!"
"I don't see anything wrong..." said Jon, checking himself out.
Then Mikey thought of another wish. "I wish that Jon would tell Karyn that he had always been a girl and that he's just really good at pretending to be a guy."
"Well, the truth is that I'm actually a girl," said Jon. "I've just gotten so good at hiding these," grabbing his breasts.
"But HOW? And your figure, those hips! That ass! There's no way I wouldn't have noticed all that before! Are you sure you didn't accidentally use the rock on yourself?"
Jon was about to answer, when Jill came downstairs, her hair styled perfectly, with immaculate lipstick and mascara, but dressed in Jon's sweater and kakhi pants with his flat chest and male body.
"Later losers, Bill's picking me up, we're going out." she said, walking past a gaping Karyn.
"Later." said Jon, then went back to the conversation, "No, I haven't used the rock all evening."
"You sure someone else didn't use it?"
Then Jon remembered Mikey's uncontollable laughter earlier....
