Suddenly, Sarah made a wish that affected both Karyn and Michelle.
"I wish that all women's breasts were this big because they had breast implants," they both heard Sarah say in their heads. Then she added "I wish to have my breast implants removed." Maybe she thought that this would be a way to get her breasts reduced in size.
Karyn and Michelle looked down at their boobs. They still looked the same size, but they looked obviously fake.
