Jon's Very sick

When Jon got home he saw a manila envelope came for him. Jon sighed and opened it, The test results he had been waiting for.
After mustering up the courage he looked at the results. Jon started to cry.
He called up Karyn "Hey Karyn"
"Whats up Jon?" She responded weirdly cheryl
"Over vacashion I went to the doctor"
"Ya so?"
"I have cancer" Jon completely broke down
"I'll be right over" Karyn hung up and started running down the block to Jon's House
