Jon sighed, sitting down on the bottom bunk of their bed. There was nothing he could think of. Would his family even know him anymore? Would Karyn? His mom certainly wouldn't approve of him. His dad, he thought with a shudder, certainly would.
"Jooon! Your new name is Karen!" Katie bounced back in, sitting on his lap and wrapping her arms around him. "Just like that friend of yours. Isn't that cool?" He nodded, pecking her on the cheek. Not really... "What were you doing with the rock?"
He shrugged, responding in a voice identical to hers. "Just trying to figure out a way out of this." Her face fell, and his did in turn, a vague sense of shame hanging over him. "I don't like this."
"But Jon... I always wanted a twin sister! And you're so hot, especially with that rack of yours. Oh, and Mom doesn't like us being so close. She said it gives Sammy bad ideas. Believe me, that kid doesn't need us to get bad ideas." She grinned, beginning to grope him again, pawing like a wild animal. He'd have felt like a piece of meat if it wasn't his girlfriend doing it.
"Katie, st-stop. This isn't how I wanted it to be. I don't wanna be your girlfriend!" Katie suddenly stopped, glaring at him with a force he'd never seen before. She picked up the rock slowly, deliberately, speaking in dangerously soft tones.
"You don't? That hurts, Karen... I never minded being your girlfriend, even with so many hot guys around, and you were so jealous. I needed love. And you're gonna give it to me, dear sister, because I love you so." What was happening to her? "I wish..."
