Katie looked at Jon with the expression of a cat watching a mouse that has nowhere to run. "So, my naughty girly boy, what do you think we should do with you?"
Jon shrugged, trying not to look at anything in particular. It might give her ideas. "Come on, girly boy." He blushed at the moniker; glaring at her did nothing. He was too cute to glare.
She smiled wickedly at him, looking at the door. "You know, I think you're my sister Samantha's size." Her smile widened to a grin. "A rowdy boy can't be so rowdy when he's in a dress, can he?"
"You know I'm not, Katie! It's your dumb wish!" He yelled, twisting his face into unmistakable anger.
"It's settled, then!" She announced triumphantly, ignoring his outburst. "Wait right here, Jon." Jon was left alone as she ran out of the room giggling to herself, and he had nothing to do but wait. Who knew what the wish had done to her family, and his family?
Sitting down on her bed, he rocked from side to side, trying to ignore the fact that his feet didn't reach the ground. Her room was pink, almost nauseatingly so. Pink curtains covered her window, her bedsheets were pink and white, the door was even painted pink on the inside. Several minutes later she burst back into the room, dumping armfuls of clothes onto the bed next to him.
"Take your pick, Jon!" She pointed to the pile of clothes there, none of which Jon particularly wanted to wear. None of them looked like they'd fit him. "Ten seconds then I'm picking for you."
He just looked resolutely ahead, trying not to think of what she would pick.
