Waiting for Karyn's Return

Karyn left the house and proceeded over to Jon's to retrieve the stone. As she left, Jon felt himself change back into Karyn's mother's secret lover. He looked around Karyn's room and began to panic. He wasn't sure just pushing through towards Karyn would work this time. A revelation suddenly struck Jon. Karyn's Mother was surely more than six feet away. His original wish had clear guidelines. He had said "I wish that for the next seven days I would change into a version of myself that would be ideal to the person who is within six feet of me and that I would always remain male."
The rules had changed.
"Karyn must have altered the wish in such a way to bypass my original wish."
That could mean I can change into anything or anyone.
Karyn's mother made some noise downstairs. He could hear her keys jingling and the distinct sound of the front door being locked.
"I've got to get out of here before she comes upstairs for some "private" time while her daughter is out." Thought Jon.
He rushed over to the window to see if he could somehow make his way down a column or pipe. He heard a car door and ducked down.
Karyn's mother was leaving.
"I wonder where she is going," thought Jon, then added "Who cares?"
He breathed a sigh of relief that he could just wait it out until Karyn returned and he changed back into her swim team boyfriend. As he waited, he sat on Karyn's bed and looked around the room. It had changed a little since Karyn was there moments ago. Where photos of Jon and Karyn had been were now photos of just Karyn, some of her mom, and ones of Karyn and some friends. He laid back and was staring at the ceiling when he felt a wave of something sweep over him.
Reality had changed.
He was someone's Ideal Jon
but who's? and how close would it be to his original wish?
