And for some reason he decided he needed to wear something, so he reached for one of the childrens' dresses, a denim one with frills on the skirt that wouldn't even fit him; if his hunch was correct, he'd still be able to wear it. He slid it over his head, and it settled surprisingly comfortably, as well as the shoes he was suddenly wearing, yellow shoes without much definition. Jon looked down at his now tiny, scrawny self, until the ridiculous blonde curls covered his vision. Brushing them out of the way with a dainty hand, he headed into his bathroom, getting up on a stool to reach the rack of wigs he'd somehow already known was there. Picking up a brown wig in a pageboy style, he put it on, looking in the mirror as the curls disappeared, and moved on to the mirror. There was a massive amount of different colors, separated into four sections, on the wall. Touching the blank section of each section, he saw all the ridiculous makeup on his face disappear to reveal... his own face, though clearly younger.
"Better than being a teen or an adult, I guess," he said in a high voice, shuddering. "If I have to deal with this mess until Mom comes to her senses..."
With a sigh, he hopped off the stool, and before he could stop himself, looked up and began complaining about being hungry. "Where's all the food?! I shouldn't be this hungry! There's plenty of food in the kitchen, I should be eating right now!" he finished with a stamp of his foot. "What did I just do...?" Jon asked himself, punctuated by the growling of his stomach. With that, he left his room, savoring every strange moment of being a child again, albeit a girl.
