I think beauty standards would be the same and in terms of preferences I would lean more toward the slender and delicate. I.e the ideal man would be a thin (yet tall) blonde who isn't very strong while the ideal women would be a very strong woman who has lots of muscles. Also in terminology beautiful would be used to describe the man while handsome would describe the woman.
