Sam was almost a normal 19 year old boy. You see there was something special about Sam. Or rather something special about his family.
For some reason throughout his entire family tree the mother and first born child would have magic powers that worked together.
All of his cousins and aunts had cool powers like super strength or the ability to fly as long as they were in close proximity of each other.
These powers developed on the 16th birthday for most. Sam was no different there. On this 16th birthday he was so excited about fining out what his powers would be. Maybe it would be flight, strength, or maybe even read minds. He couldn't wait.
