Bobby made it look like he was still thinking it over, then made a split second decision to slug Rachel in the gut, causing the woman to drop the magic crystal on the floor (he had never hit a woman in his life, but this bitch deserved it). It was a risky move, but it looked like it might have paid off.
"You little brat!" she yelled out. Then she froze, realizing that the crystal was no longer in her hand.
Both Rachel and Bobby looked down and saw that the magic crystal was sitting on the floor.
They both reached for it.
