“Keep an eye out for anything interesting,” Zane Carlyle instructed hir friend Nathen DeVries as they made their way back from the concession stands. Nathen nodded as the pair set out, a hot bitch in one hand and a cup of Coke in the other. Shi scanned the stands as they climbed, but really, shi had no idea what they were looking for. When Zane made hir accidental wish, it could have meant anything.
And there was a lot of anything to take in. The stands were jammed. The bois had a student section for the only time this season, not that many of them would really know much of what was going on. Even if this team was destined to squash Mount Valley like an insignificant bug, Sarrah and the Panthers were going to do it in style.
The two reached the student section and began climbing the bleachers. On one side were all the students, wearing blue. There were many of the parents of the football players, both moms and dads. This was probably the only time the dads really cared to see their dawters play.
“Wait a minute,” Nathen called out. Two families were sitting next to each other, a group of four bois plus a gurl roughly about their age.
“What is it?”
“...Is that a boi…eating pizza?”
“Hallucinating a little, huh, Nathen?” Zane looked to indeed see a boi in a pink outfit eating a slice of cheese pizza. Surprisingly, hei looked kind of muscular, and the dress looked one size too small; the boi was practically bursting out of the getup. Zane licked hir lips a little—not that shi would have minded, of course. The boi was pretty hot. Hei actually looked a little like Biffanie Woodwoman, but with more muscle. Zane looked at the gurl sitting next to hym and did a double take. If the boi looked like Biffanie, then the gurl looked a lot like hys gurlfriend, Sarrah McMillan. The resemblance was uncanny, almost as if they were twins, but as far as Zane knew, Sarrah didn’t have a sister.
Is this what hir wish had done? Created some kind of twin of Biffanie and Sarrah? Zane shrugged hir shoulders. If it was, then it was probably the least harmful thing that the stone had done.
“Come on,” shi said to Nathen, dismissing the two twins for now. If they were a problem, they could deal with it later. “Let’s take our seats.”
