Jon and his family/friends becoming Playboy Bunnies
Jon and his family/friends becoming an NFL cheerleader squad
Jon and his family on a flight to Japan and along the way they're transformed into Japanese stewardesses
Jon being at the hospital to visit a relative and the hospital nurses are really sexy and dress the part of sexy nurses and he becomes one of them.
Could also do these in a completely new thread or a restart as well. And that's just a portion of the ideas that I have.
