The final flash returned the family back to their kitchen with their normal bodies.
Dr. Gilmore talked to them once more. "Sorry for the way that ended, but the data we've collected on how a male thinks in class will help."
"Oh, like you needed to run a simulation to figure out teen boys are perverts?" David, still mad from what had happened, sharply replied. With that he found his lips shut. He tried to speak but was forced by the doctor to keep silent.
"Regardless of the few mess ups you all should feel proud of yourselves. You've gone through what most people will never experience." The Doctor comforted the family. "I hope you will join me at the steakhouse that is now in the center of town for dinner tonight. You will be pleased to know that it is all free, courtesy of me and my particle accelerator."
That night most of the town found themselves at the massive new steakhouse that replaced what was city hall. People were chatting casually with no sign of disturbance. It was almost like they were enjoying what had happened.
The Watson family sat a booth when Dr. Gilmore appeared in the middle of the room. "I'm glad you could all join me." He said cheerfully. "Many experiments were conducted today that will benefit humanity. Their was a slight power outage that messed with a few programs, but everything was fixed. You'll be glad to know that you will not need to be in another experiment until tomorrow and that everything and anything you want to eat is free, just think of food and our servants will bring it out. Suddenly Dr. Gilmore had disappeared, turns out he had used a hologram to project himself into the room.
At the table the Watson family was enjoying dinner peacefully. Steven had himself a hearty steak, while Denise quietly nibbled on a salad. Andy chowed on chicken fingers while David had nothing on his plate.
"What's the matter champ, not hungry?" Steven inquired.
"Dad I can't eat after what happened today." David explained
"Oh come on now son, it wasn't so bad. Interesting, but not bad." He replied.
"Dad he basically turned you and Andy into sex objects and mom into a sexual deviant." David said.
His mother spoke up. "Well I wouldn't normally do what I did, but the experiment had to be conducted. And well, it was a little fun. It was an experience I enjoyed." David was shocked his mother felt that way.
Andy chimed in. "Yeah brother, I mean I didn't want to be a girl, but hey, I did feel pretty hot. I'll probably never get the change to be so close to a hot girl like that and I liked it."
David felt like there was more going on. No way would the town's people be so nonchalant about this.
