After some consideration, Laura decided to take the box to Pastor White. This thing really was evil, she knew that for sure, and she also knew that Pastor White would know what to do with it. So it made perfect sense to take it to him.
So it was decided. She put away all her new clothes (which she still liked, even though she knew the dildo might have influenced her to buy them), then headed out of the house to her car, carrying the box with her.
As she drove back to the church, she noticed a young woman walking along the road. Earlier that morning, she knew she would have been critical of the woman's appearance, but now Laura found herself complimenting the woman, thinking that the top she was wearing was really "cute". She shook her head and drove a little faster. She knew that the dildo was affecting her. But it still felt like these were all her own thoughts. They felt like they were her own thoughts. And that's what scared her.
When she finally arrived at the church, she parked her car and hurried in with the box.
