It was no use trying to call for help, no matter what he said the two ponies ahead couldn't even hear him seemingly. "This may as well be my best shot!" He dashed over for the remote, before tripping and- well technically floating and flying towards his target. Eventually he tackled, phased over and went right thru AJ, grabbing the remote in the process. The button 'Assimilate' lit up the moment he made contact with them both. "What the, I didn't press anything yet W-wait!" It started to crackle loudly and he felt himself once again, contorted and sucked, this time into AJ herself. "What the hay? I feel funn'eh.."
Applejack and Leonard started to crackle bright green, especially as the ghostly presence of Leonard was overplaced with AJ's, as if she was devouring him. Her ink, her shape and body overlapped his until he was completely unseen. Applejack's eyes went a rather foggy, glassy pink shade as her own body rippled, as if melting. With Leonard inside, both their memories melded and yet became nonexistent, flowing like lava to rework and rewrite the reality that was.
Both may have struggled inside their heads, as far as Big Mac could tell his sister was just having a sluggish morning. He barely noticed her fur encased in a flow of fuchsia-red material dye her and merge with her body until she became lithe and nimble, her cheeks rosy, apple cutiemark turning into a Grapefruit. Her hair turned white and all memories of both were melded until their originality was purged. The singularity slowly reasserted itself in the mares body as she stepped forward, head a bit dense inside but softening still with every passing second. She was.. who was she again?
Who who who? Thoughts of life as a farmhand and as an observer of the paranormal became a similar life narrative for him..her? Definitely a her. Her southern accent (for Leonard) became more natural and life in ponyville an established set of memories. Making friends, working on the farm, haggling with merchants and helping her best friend Twi' and the others. Was that right? Of course it was, some part of her reasserted herself. Everything felt as true and natural as it had always been, just like her name.. Lucy?
That's right, how could she somehow forget it?

A farmhand mare with an interest in space and extraterrestrials, some said to be a bit kooky but, otherwise a well rounded mare. Lucy looked around the fields wondering what she was just doing, before giving her brother Big Mac a special hug. AJ and Leonard had disappeared within her and Lucy was here to stay.
