"I think it came from this," Jon said, holding up his arm to show Zoe the bracelet. But it wasn't there. It was still on his own body. Which meant that Zoe now had it. "That, right there," he then said, pointing at the bracelet on Zoe's (Jon's body's) wrist.
"A bracelet?"
"I know this will sound crazy, but I think it's magic. I think it caused us to swap bodies."
Suddenly, Zoe smiled.
"What are you grinning about?" Jon asked. He didn't like that grin, especially from a girl who didn't smile all that often.
Then, without any warning, Zoe ran past Jon and then down the stairs.
"Zoe! Where are you going?" But it was obvious where she was going. She was going to find a person to use the bracelet on. For what reason, Jon had no idea. But he had to stop her nonetheless. The situation was bad enough already. He didn't want it to get worse. He still didn't even know if things could be reversed or not.
