Looking for a cute rogue...

I quickly confirmed my character creation with a touch of my finger. In instant afterwards, white light seemed to explode around me until I was blinded from all directions. As it faded away, I found myself standing beside a fountain in the middle of what I assumed was Epic City. I looked myself over, and sure enough I was in the body that I had designed moments ago. I stood there and stared at my hands, waving them around. As I looked around, the sensory input was incredible. Dust clouds billowed up and dissipated from the cobble stone ground as a couple of characters ran past. I could smell meat cooking in a nearby tavern, and, I may have been imagining it but, I could swear that I felt the two suns shining down on my neck and shoulders. I couldn't believe it. I dropped one of my hands into the fountain and it felt lukewarm and wet! Glancing back and forth quickly to make sure no one was looking and grabbed my crotch. At this point, I was impressed. To my understanding, I was completely still sitting at my desk and all this was in my head. I was so overwhelmed by all of this that I had almost forgotten to explore my fey abilities. After a few moments, however, I realized that I had no idea how to activate them and find out. I was looking through my character info on a personal window when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I lurched forward in surprise and spun around. There was Suzie, exactly as she said she would look. As a low level Rogue, she was dressed in leather armor and wore a large dagger at her side. And I had to admit, the elf ears really did suit her. She looked at me in a moment of surprise when she saw my appearence "Wow, David! Your avatar is so... weird! What are you, anyway?" I shrugged "Feyborn, but I can't find anything on how to figure out what my powers are. Wanna do something? I might be able to figure them out if we go fight some monsters. Or maybe we should catch something to eat at the tavern. I'd love so see how the food is in here! Or we could go exploring and see what kinds of places we can find here. What do you want to do?"
