After the figure emerged from the treeline, they saw that it was a young man, dressed only in a pair of swimming trunks. His muscular body glistened in the sun. He must have gone swimming quite recently.
"There you are," he said, smiling as he approached them. He put his arm around Seth's waist and pulled him close. "Did you miss me, baby?" Then the man moved closer, as if to kiss Seth. But Seth pushed him away. "Baby, what's wrong?"
"Don't call me 'baby'," Seth said, disturbed by what just happened. He may have looked like a woman, but he still thought of himself as a guy.
