As Ally thought about what to do, a door slammed nearby.
"Eric, you little shit. Are you in here again?" a voice rang out from beyond the shelves of boxes. Shortly later, a large grizzly man entered her field of vision. "I thought I told you to never come in here," he said. "There's a lot of expensive fucking stuff in here. The boss would have my ass if he ever found them damaged." He gave Ally a shove. "You listenin' to me, boy?"
"Who are you? Where am I?"
"You and your fucking pot. Maybe if you laid off from getting stoned all the time, you wouldn't be so fucked up all the time."
The guy thought that Ally was high.
"No. I'm not stoned. I ... I'm not ... me."
"What the fuck are you talkin' about, boy?"
"I'm not a boy. I'm a girl and my name is Ally. I ... I came from another world, through that mirror," she said, pointing at the mirror that caused her to become this long-haired stoner.
"You are fucked up. Like I would ever believe a story like that."
"But it's true," Ally said.
The man grabbed Ally by her hair (Eric's hair), causing her to yell out in pain, and pulled her out of the storage room. "Get your ass out of here. And I don't ever want to see you in there again."
Ally stumbled down the hall a ways, rubbing her head (Eric's head), then stopped. She had to get back in that room and get the mirror. It was her only chance to get back home.
Meanwhile, back in the previous universe.
"Oh no," said Ally's grandfather (Paul), who was now in his granddaughter's body. "I'm in Ally's body."
The stoner who was still in Paul's body chuckled. "Dude, you're a little girl." Even though he was stoned out of his mind, he apparently understood what was happening.
"But what happened to Ally?" Paul asked, looking back at the mirror. But all he saw was Ally's reflection - his reflection.
"Ally, is everything okay in here?" Paul's wife asked, walking into the room.
