With a yawn, Leonard stretched.
With a scratch of his cheek, the currently lethargic Leonard rolled over and looked across his mess of a room. All his games and nerdy paraphernalia laid around in a dense mess that he could make a fortune auctioning out of, he figured. Nearby the wall was his UFO report board - different news paper clippings, charts and pins, and prints scribbled with markers and a mess of disorderly 'evidence' representing his search for alien life. Ten thousand years of human civilization and the closest mankind had found was crop circle hoaxes and some noise about Area 51, not very productive Leonard figured. He got out his laptop and placed it on his desk across the top, opening it up and plugging it in. While it charged and slowly turned on, he started picking up the various boxes and wrappings left around, ordering the floor a bit more neatly so it could be seen. Those legos and gundam pieces were especially troublesome, wouldn't want to break his toes on a plastic leg or something. That's when he stumbled across the wishing rock.
The rock was gift from, well, honestly who was it gifted from? He couldn't remember honestly. Not at the moment anyway, if it even mattered. He took it from a small silky pouch and picked up the damp Manual, focusing thru the stains to read over it.
To whoever this artifact inspires, be weary of it's powers. It may look like a mere pebble, but this stone has the power to change reality as one sees fit.
Simply put, make the statement 'I wish' while making contact with it. When these words are spoken, the wish will come true and bring about the change one wishes. After previous misuse and precarious precaution taken, the wish's powers are unlimited and can even undo previous wishes, but their max limit is only 3 wishes a day per person. If someone else uses the stone after the 3rd wish however to undo a previous wish, that counter will be reset. A slight shock on the 3rd wish will signal their limit. Further wishes might be able to circumnavigate this, but be warned with every attempt to bypass a limit or undo a wish, further restrictions may be placed. Have responsibility and mercy with it, and god forbid it fall into the wrong hands.
Reality may change, but anyone within earshot will keep their minds open to these changes. With this rock, perhaps you live the fantastic life you wish, and face the ETs and Supernatural threats you wish to find. Whatever the case, we believe in you, let your conscience be your guide and always keep us in your memory. Sincerely..
