"Who are you talkin' to, honey?" David asked.
"Uh, no one." Milton immediately hung up, stifling the soft screams coming from the other end.
"Here's breakfast. I know it's not much, but it's all they had."
"Uh, it's fine."
David sat down on the bed next to his wife. "I'm sorry that our honeymoon couldn't be more ... luxurious."
"That's okay." I'm his wife? Milton thought. For a time, he thought that he was some sort of hooker.
David rubbed his back. "But I promise that the rest of our honeymoon will be something to remember."
