Narayanne had changed reality again now once a male reached 14 he would go through the 'change' and then he would be treated as a girl starating over. until they reached twenty meaning once they reached 14 they would be treated as if they were a one year old girl and every year they would age one year until they turned twenty when they were released back into the world as women.
chris was biologically 17 which meant 3 years after he went through the change so he was now supposed to be a 3 year old girl.
Rhian came back with a cute little girl's party dress that clearly wasn't meant to be worn by a biological 3 year old. it was much bigger, it still looked the same, petticoats, pouffy sleeves and all.

defeated he pulled the dress on and then Rhian helped him put on his long knee socks and mary-janes then she combed out his long brown hair and put a bow in it.
