Narryanne was doing her best on earth to cause abject chaos and so was making the most she possibly could of chris' innocuous comment: she was rewriting history!
In her new reality everything went the same up until the womens liberation movements: in this world, the women were even more persuasive and much more quickly gained the vote. By 1980, women held most jobs in government, indeed most important jobs belonged to them and men mostly carried out jobs involving manual labour.
A radical feminist movement had been gathering momentum for years and its members HATED men! They had a semi-religion that blamed all the ills of the world on men and preached that if men were more like women then the world would be more peaceful. Some of the movements members took this to heart and set about making it happen
They infiltrated the high echelons of the fashion houses and started making mens clothing ever more feminine, they brainwashed male celebritys into promoting male grooming- of the eye-brow plucking, electrolysis on stomach hair, sort of type), and wearing the new fashions to promote common appeal (though some, like david beckham didnt need much persuading!). They played brainwashing tapes, superimposed over lift music and soon a change came over the male populace: They soon dressed much like women, worried about their hair styles,looked after their bodies, were more compassionate and caring. Bacically, harmony began to descend.
Now, 15 years later, reality was finishing its last adjustments:
Chris, looked at rhian and said "its not what it looks..." but trailed off when he saw bangs fall in front of his eyes and felt hair flop over his exposed shoulder. He whipped his head and saw himself standing in the mirror, strappy high heel shoes and painted toenails completing the ensemble: what looked like a flat chested girl with a disturbing bulge in the crotch of her jeans but an otherwise fantastic body and cute, well made-up face.
"Oh my god chris, i dont know how it happened but youve certainl got a bit more choice in you wardrobe now!" rhian said, "id like to borrow that top sometime!" and with that she burst out laughing
