(Forgot that Jon wished to be alone for 48 hours, assume for this branch that he neglected to take that precaution before she started wishing)
Jon could hear her mother quickly approaching her room, doubtlessly following the path of her purloined jewelry. That wouldn't do at all, she should be forced to be the woman of the house in this scenario. "I wish that my new body had the identity of my mother's younger sister, who she was secretly extremely jealous of. I wish there was a version of Jon without any knowledge of the stone." The stone flashed and the world tilted on its axis, but failed to address the root of the trouble Jon found herself in as she soon realized.
"Aunt Melissa, why are you in my room?" the newly created Jon asked, as from his perspective his Aunt suddenly appeared in his room. This was followed up by his Mom bursting into the room and asking, "Melissa what are you doing here in my clothes, and with my ring?"
"Oops," the newly christened Melissa Webster let out. Apparently she'd need to do more damage control. "I wish this was my house and that Linda and her family lived elsewhere in town. I wish that the clothes and jewelry I enchanted, belonged to me, and not Linda." There was a flash of light and Linda and "Jon" disappeared. Also disappearing were all of "Jon's" things as the room was apparently used as a guest room for Melissa.
Melissa then began exploring her home, secretly enjoying the sexy walk she was forced into as she minced about the house. It was the same building but was significantly differently decorated; firstly, there were no children's rooms, with Jon's being a guestroom, Zoe's a study, and Mikey's a converted gym. Secondly the decoration was overwhelmingly feminine, as Melissa apparently decorated it entirely herself. It was close to Jon's fantasy but not quite. After all, she wished to make herself into an involuntary MILF. She had the look, but not the life, nor the audience she'd need to keep up appearances in front of. For heavens sake, she was wearing a wedding ring.
"I wish Melissa had a family of her own that lived in the house. I also wish she worked as the head librarian at Lake Valley Academy." She couldn't wait to be forced to be ogled by her former classmates. A white light flashed out as the wishes took hold.
